The Yoga Journey is a 12 week program where you will learn about quality movement through yoga, yoga workshops and biomechanics training. Over the 12 weeks, you will attend 4 weekly classes where you will come together with the same group to not only build community, but to progress your practice over time. All of our instructors are highly educated in movement and understand the value of this knowledge to sustain a healthy lifestyle.

Through a mixture of Hatha, Yin and Viniyoga, you will learn to activate your parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest) which in turn decreases cortisol release but it also brings you into a more physically and emotionally balanced way of being. Our Friday classes are led by one of our trainers, where they will teach you effective ways to get the most out of your movements.

Each class will vary, and you will gain effective tools that your body will use in and out of True Motion.
